JT Sipe Building Co built our custom home in 2016. The project went very smoothly and was completed on time. We made a few minor changes along the way and JT was able to manage those without trouble. 10 years later, we are still quite happy with our home.

I had the pleasure of working with JT Sipe, owner of John Sipe Building Company, on two major projects, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. John designed and built the new Animal Adoption and Rescue Foundation facility in Winston-Salem while I was serving as president of the board, and later completed a 1,600 square foot addition to my veterinary hospital in Clemmons, NC. Throughout both projects, John was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail was impeccable, his communication was clear and consistent, and he ensured I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. The subcontractors he selected were top-notch and did excellent work, and both projects were completed on budget. John’s expertise, integrity, and commitment to quality truly set him apart. I would surely use him again and strongly recommend him.

We were thrilled to work with John and his crew to build the home of our dreams. After purchasing a large tract of land, John was with us every step of the way to complete the building process. Although new construction can seem overwhelming, he made it easy and enjoyable for us. He ensured our wish list was complete and that the quality was to the highest standard.
